Phase 1 - Understanding your business
Here is where we work to determine what needs to be done, how and in what time frame. This typically involves a day (or agreed time depending on requirements) spent “fact finding” on your premises. This process involves scoping out the work by:

Phase 2 - Developing a strategic plan
We then develop a strategic plan and proposal to present to you for approval. Once the details are agreed, we sign an agreement and get to work!
Phase 3 - Implementation and delivery
This is where we put our plan into action.
We work to the strategic plan on your premises, either on a retained or project basis, to achieve the agreed outcomes and deliver the results.
Our fees are based on a daily or half-day rate, or on a weekly or project basis, dependent on your capacity and the level of service or services you require.
Importantly, the return on the investment of our fees is cost of sale, and not a fixed expense for your business.
